The D&I Leadership Certificate program offers 3 specialization courses (learning, healthcare, or corporate) that can be taken indepently or as part of the full D&I Leadership Certificate program (5-course package). These courses provide insight on how leaders can cultivate a culture of inclusion and effectively manage employees and students’ perceptual and psychological processes about difference and diversity.
